The world changed during COVID. Work culture turned remote and connection went digital, leaving people feeling more isolated than ever. Leaders became more efficient at managing remotely and less practiced at the kind of honest conversation that actually moves things forward.
We looked at 40 acres on a hill and saw an answer to that problem. Not a conference room with catering. Not a wellness retreat with a printed schedule. A homestead. A place where people come together, slow down, and reconnect — with each other, with their own instincts, and with what matters.
