Privacy Policy
Last update:
Huckberry Farm is a private homestead in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota that hosts group gatherings. This website exists so you can learn about the farm and get in touch. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used.
1. What we collect
When you fill out the form on the Inquire page, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you include it, and the details you share about your group and the day you are planning.
The site does not use accounts, logins, or payments. It does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
2. How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you and to plan a gathering with you. That is the only purpose.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside Huckberry Farm and the people who help us host your gathering, and only as needed to do that.
3. Who handles the data
The website and its form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Netlify handles that data under its own privacy policy.
4. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you or planning your gathering, and for our own records afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
5. Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the form on the Inquire page to reach us.
6. Changes to this page
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
7. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through the form on the Inquire page.
