Hello from Jim & Rika –
Our philosophy is simple: You cannot force a breakthrough. You can only create the conditions for one.
Jim learned it in a boardroom, navigating brutal honesty with a partner, rebuilding a business from a shaky foundation. Rika learned it in the paddock, earning the trust of animals that could sense her intentions before she could articulate them herself.
We all know the workplace changed during COVID. Work culture turned digital and remote, leaving people feeling more isolated than ever. Leaders became more efficient at managing remotely and less practiced at the kind of honest conversation that actually moves things forward.
So we looked at our 40 acres on a hill and saw an answer to that problem. Not a conference room with catering. Not a wellness retreat with a printed schedule.
But a homestead. A place where people come together, slow down, and reconnect — with each other, with their own instincts, and with what matters.
